
Cooking Demo’s
“To be a good chef, you must truly understand all of your ingredients and know exactly what each one brings to your dish”. This is what she aims to bring to people, every time she performs a demonstration or a cooking class.
While an established regular at Pub in the Park and Taste London, Thuy has also performed demonstrations at many major events around the country, including Ideal Home Show, Rock Oyster Festival, National Geographic, Aldeburgh Food Festival, and The Country Living Fair.
Thuy teaches at Baxter Storey Chef Academy, Fortnum & Mason, and Divertimenti Cookery School.
